IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE RECENT

All prices are based on two way fare’s from a single pick up - drop off
point – quoted each way. Single way trips may incur extra cost, multi pick up –
drop off points may also incur additional cost. Prices listed below are examples only, and you should ensure you
confirm the exact cost and payment arrangement when contacting us. Also please
note when booking for Airport or Seaport Transfers, It is likely you will have
baggage please remember this when hiring your minibus; we may need to tow a
luggage trailer. Also when booking for Airport or Seaport Transfers

As a typical example if you were traveling from the Castle Point Area of Essex to Gatwick Airport, with a single collection & drop off point, with up to a maximum of 8 passengers, in a 9 seater minibus, without a luggage trailer etc, on say a Wednesday (sociable hours) & returning say two weeks later, the price would be 1 x £75 (outbound) plus 1 x £86 (return) plus 4 x £2 Dartford toll fees, plus Gatwick “Coach Road Permit” £14.10 (please see above) = Total £183.10.
If your destination is not listed above, look for somewhere close to your destination, if you’re not able to find a comparable destination then; as a example you can roughly work out the cost; basic fares average around £1.25 per mile for the longer journeys.
Important Please Note:
15 – 17 Seat Minibuses, Dates & Times of Travel, Weekend Travel, the
Number of Passengers, Events known to cause Increased Traffic, Areas known for
Traffic Delays i.e. the London area, Towing of Luggage Trailer, Unsociable
Hours, etc, can all affect cost; the prices listed above are intended
only to show an example of what you may be charged. For multiple pick up – drop
off points based close to the local area of the main collection - drop off
point; the additional cost may be around £5 per extra address, each way.
We are an Internet based operation, Firm quotations will not be offered
or bookings accepted over the telephone, Firm quotations will be offered only
when the full details requested in items 1-16 below have been received at info@minibus-hire.biz, Once you have
been offered a firm quotation if you wish to proceed with the booking you will
be sent a “Provisional Drivers Itinerary” for your approval, bookings are not
completed until you have received the “Confirmed Drivers Itinerary”.
If you would like to receive a firm quotation or proceed with any
booking, please provide the full details of your contact & precise travel
requirements as requested in items 1-16.
Please answer all questions even if you feel them irrelevant, for
example if wheelchair access is not required please answer "wheelchair
access not required" or "not applicable" etc, etc.

information as you can, to avoid confusion, to help & enable us to
respond quickly, including if possible please:
1. Your full name, address & contact phone number.
2. The dates and times of travel required, (Outbound Journey) using 24 hour clock i.e. 23:00 = 11pm.
3. The name & full postal address Inc postcode of where you would like to travel from.
4. The name & full postal addresses Inc postcodes of any additional collection-pick up points you require.
5. The total number of passengers traveling, including any children – infants.
6. Is wheelchair accesses required or are any disabled or passengers traveling with special needs?
7. Amount of baggage, i.e. approximate number of suitcases etc.
8. The type of event, i.e. 21st Birthday, Hen Party,
Race Day etc.
9. The name & full postal address Inc postcode of the
destination-venue you would like to travel too.
10. Date & time of return travel if required; (Return Journey) using
24 hour clock i.e. 23:00 = 11pm.
11. The name & full postal address Inc postcode of where you would
like your Return travel too.
12. The name & full postal addresses Inc postcodes of any additional
Return-Drop Off points you require.
13. The details of any special instructions or additional information.
14. If you are traveling too & or from an Airport please provide your full flight details including your Flight number & Flight arrival-departure times (if possible).
15. Where you saw our advert or with what search engine you found our
website & the search term used, if possible please.

With the above information we can normally respond with a firm quote very quickly under normal circumstances.

9 seat minibuses = maximum 8 passengers plus the driver
15 seat minibuses = maximum 14 passengers plus the driver
